What Gets Deleted

• Your login/profile information (name, email, phone, password)

What We Keep (as required by law/accounting)

• Records of completed payments and orders, for tax/accounting purposes
• Issued certificates and their verification records

Processing Time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually by our team, typically within 7 business days. This isn't instant/automatic — we verify each request before deleting data.
